Lunch: Quinoa, zucchini, chickpeas, tomato sauce and feta cheese
PM Snack: Yogurt and granola
Wednesday
AM Snack: Hardboiled Eggs, Pretzels, and Berries
Lunch: Golden Porridge with lentils and veggies (millet, veggie bouillon cube, Braggs aminos, nutritional yeast, peas, carrots, and corn)
PM Snack: Crackers and String Cheese
Thursday
AM Snack: Crackers, cream cheese, and celery
Lunch: Whole wheat bread with butter, hard boiled eggs and carrots
PM Snack: Smoothies (fruit, greens, yogurt, and almond milk)
Friday
AM Snack: Trail-mix and apples or seasonal fruit
Lunch: PB and Jelly Sandwich with snap peas
PM Snack: Veggies, pretzels, and hummus
